Job Summary
The Recruiter 2, RPO at Yoh Services LLC plays a crucial role in executing our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) program strategies, ensuring that leadership and key individual contributor positions within GE Power's G/PC/Steam division are filled efficiently and effectively. This position, based remotely in Tennessee, serves as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR leadership, promoting a seamless recruitment experience and furthering the client’s reputation as an employer of choice within their industry. The successful candidate will apply advanced sourcing techniques, manage recruitment funnels, coordinate onboarding activities, and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. By working collaboratively within the Enterprise Solutions business unit, this role supports both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent acquisition goals, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Candidate Sourcing (50%): Employ diverse and innovative sourcing strategies to develop and maintain a rich pipeline of qualified candidates, focusing primarily on roles that involve consistent recruiting patterns but vary in location and department needs. Use Boolean searches, social media, networking events, and referral programs to proactively identify and attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening and Interview Coordination (25%): Conduct thorough, competency-based interviews and screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide detailed, structured recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating interview schedules and feedback to streamline the decision-making process.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Business Partnership (10%): Collaborate closely with client leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to fully understand business objectives, workforce planning, compensation frameworks, and succession planning efforts. Customize recruitment approaches to align with site-specific cultures and organizational priorities.
- Documentation and Compliance Management (10%): Ensure all candidate and recruitment data is accurately entered, maintained, and dispositioned within the applicant tracking system, adhering strictly to established procedures and timelines to support audit readiness and reporting accuracy.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience (5%): Serve as a brand ambassador for Yoh Services LLC and the client’s programs by participating in job fairs, developing social media presence, and engaging directly with prospective candidates to promote a positive, inclusive image of the company as a sought-after employer destination.

Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Sciences, or a related field is required to provide a foundational understanding of diverse disciplines relevant to recruitment and talent management.
- Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Experience: At least one year of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred, highlighting familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes, candidate evaluation, and employer branding strategies.
- Additional Qualifications: Certifications related to HR or recruitment (such as AIRS, SHRM-CP, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote work environment, leveraging digital communication tools to stay connected and productive.

Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
