Job Description: 

Job Summary

Supports the division's staffing efforts by conducting full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to in-processing utilizing contemporary recruiting techniques and practices. The incumbent will be held accountable for personal output while contributing to the overall success of the division.

Responsibilities

  • Sources and screens candidates with proper Security Clearance and accreditations within established company and legal requirements to fill open positions. Assesses candidates' qualifications, KSAs and overall fit by conducting behavioral interviews, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements. candidates with the proper government Security Clearance and Certifications 20%
  • Works with candidates through the entire recruiting cycle up to the offer phase to include client interview/assessment and pre-employment vetting (background check, drug screen, reference checks, etc.) as applicable. 20%
  • Effectively utilizes multiple sourcing techniques and tools including social media outlets, professional affiliations, networking, job boards and database searches for finding and attracting top talent with proper Security Clearance and accreditations; responsible for posting, updating and closing all position requisitions in the company's applicant tracking system. 20%
  • Collaborates with Account Managers to understand clients' needs, assess future skill requirements and develop appropriate talent strategies. 15%
  • Follows up regularly with candidates to maintain relationships and build/sustain a viable pipeline for future opportunities. 15%
  • Assists with the design/modification/shaping of efficient, compliant and scalable recruitment processes and practices, as necessary; other duties as assigned. 10%

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Expertise in volume hiring and understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, process development and its impact on overall business strategy.
  • Advanced knowledge of contemporary recruiting/staffing practices and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Must possess the ability to work in a high-stress, rapid paced environment. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage own performance. Effectively, plans and organizes time and priorities to achieve business results. Ability to work independently with limited direction.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be a team player and possess interpersonal savvy
  • Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent Preferred
  • 10+ years of high volume corporate and/or agency recruiting required, preferably in the federal staffing area Required

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary pay range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
