Job Summary

Join Yoh Services LLC as a Recruiter 2 within our RPO Operations division, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by executing comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to their unique needs. This role focuses on partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to fill leadership and key contributor roles efficiently, contributing to the overall success and growth of both the company and its valued clients. The position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional recruitment experience, ensuring that candidates and hiring stakeholders alike appreciate our company and client brand positioning as an employer of choice.

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying and engaging qualified candidates to managing the interview process, extending offers, and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences. Emphasis is placed on developing strong relationships and applying strategic sourcing methods to build a robust talent pipeline tailored to meet both immediate hiring needs and longer-term organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically source and screen candidates to fill roles promptly, focusing primarily on positions with lower complexity by leveraging systemic and innovative sourcing techniques to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent; continuously grow and diversify sourcing methods and networking channels to support future hiring needs. (Approx. 50% of duties)
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the interview process, including detailed candidate evaluation and providing comprehensive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers, ensuring candidates meet role requirements and align with company culture. (Approx. 25% of duties)
  • Collaborate closely with client leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to gain in-depth understanding of organizational culture, business strategies, compensation frameworks, talent management practices, and succession planning initiatives to enhance recruitment outcomes. (Approx. 10% of duties)
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of candidate progression through applicant tracking systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards related to recruitment practices. (Approx. 10% of duties)
  • Represent the client brand as a dedicated ambassador in all candidate interactions, social media engagements, job fairs, and face-to-face communications, promoting the client as the employer of choice and elevating its reputation in the competitive talent market. (Approx. 5% of duties)

  • Strong work ethic coupled with a customer-centric approach, ensuring all interactions are handled respectfully and professionally to foster positive experiences for candidates and clients alike.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the effective establishment of trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders including clients, hiring managers, candidates, and internal colleagues.
  • Proven process orientation with a keen attention to detail, maintaining consistency and accuracy in recruitment practices and documentation to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Capability to manage ambiguity and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, balancing multiple priorities and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business demands.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required to provide foundational knowledge relevant to recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • At least one year of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related human resources function is preferred to demonstrate understanding of candidate sourcing, assessment, and engagement best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software platforms, and social media sourcing tools to effectively manage recruitment workflows and source candidates efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Effective analytical skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit against role requirements and organizational culture.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800.   This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
