Join Yoh Services LLC as a Recruiter 2 within our RPO Operations division, where you will play a pivotal role in executing recruitment strategies for our valued clients. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for leadership and key individual contributor roles, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of open positions. This role combines talent sourcing, candidate screening, recruitment funnel management, offer initiation, and onboarding processes. By fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR leadership, you will continuously improve both candidate and hiring manager experiences. As an ambassador for our client’s brand, you will help position them as an employer of choice, driving successful talent acquisition initiatives that align with organizational goals. This fully remote position based in Texas offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a supportive and collaborative talent acquisition environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates for lower complexity roles, ensuring an agile and responsive recruitment pipeline. Proactively utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases to maintain a diverse pool of potential hires, accounting for approximately 50% of daily responsibilities.
- Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive candidate interview processes, including conducting thorough screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements. Prepare detailed candidate profiles and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers, dedicating about 25% of your efforts toward this crucial evaluative step.
- Collaborate closely with client leadership teams, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to gain a deep understanding of business strategies, staffing needs, organizational culture, compensation frameworks, and internal equity considerations. Support talent management, succession planning, and approval workflows through effective communication and partnership, accounting for 10% of your role.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with applicant tracking and recruitment systems by meticulously documenting candidate interactions, statuses, and dispositions according to established procedures, representing 10% of job duties.
- Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic brand ambassador for assigned client programs by engaging candidates through direct interactions, hosting and attending job fairs, and leveraging social media platforms to showcase compelling employer branding. This engagement constitutes 5% of day-to-day activities.

Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution is required to ensure a foundational understanding of business or related fields.
- Preferred candidates will have at least one year of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, showcasing familiarity with sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and recruitment lifecycle management.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and convey compelling opportunities to candidates.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800.
