Job Summary
At Yoh Services LLC, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Recruiter 2, RPO to join our dynamic Enterprise Solutions team within the RPO Operations division. This role is pivotal in executing the recruitment strategies for our RPO programs and clients, with a focus on filling leadership and key individual contributor positions efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will engage deeply in candidate sourcing, screening, management of the recruitment funnel, alongside offer and onboarding processes. By forging strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR leadership, this role ensures an optimized hiring experience that enhances both talent acquisition outcomes and employer branding.
The role is primarily remote, based in Texas, and situated within the GE Power PC/Steam department. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional to grow within a collaborative environment that values innovation, accountability, and strategic impact in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Talent Pipeline Development (50%): Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for lower complexity roles through strategic and systemic sourcing channels. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using a variety of resources and networks, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions while focusing on high-quality candidate engagement.
- Candidate Screening and Interview Facilitation (25%): Conduct thorough screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. Manage the candidate interview process efficiently by collaborating with hiring managers, offering detailed recommendations and insights on candidate suitability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration (10%): Partner and communicate effectively with client leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of business strategies, site culture, compensation frameworks, and approval processes. Ensure recruitment activities align with organizational goals and talent management initiatives.
- System Documentation and Candidate Management (10%): Maintain accurate and timely records of all recruitment activities in compliance with standard operating procedures. Ensure consistent candidate disposition and data integrity within applicant tracking systems to meet internal and client-driven expectations.
- Employer Branding and Representation (5%): Act as a brand ambassador for assigned client programs by promoting the organization as an employer of choice. Represent the client effectively through face-to-face interactions, candidate communications, job fairs, and professional social media platforms to attract top talent.

Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Sciences, or a related field is required, providing a solid foundation for talent acquisition principles.
- Professional Experience: Preferably at least 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles, demonstrating familiarity with sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and managing the recruitment lifecycle.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and common office software to support recruitment and administrative tasks.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage candidates and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple recruitment demands simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
