Job Summary
The Recruiter 2, RPO at Yoh Services LLC plays a pivotal role within the Enterprise Solutions business unit, specializing in executing recruitment strategies tailored to the RPO Program's and client's needs. This position is critical to ensuring that leadership roles and key contributor positions are filled efficiently and with the highest caliber of candidates. Operating remotely from Texas and collaborating closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and business partners, the Recruiter fosters strong partnerships and promotes the client's brand as an employer of choice. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle including candidate sourcing, evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding, with a focus on delivering an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience. This function supports organizational growth and talent acquisition excellence in the GE Power PC/Steam department.
The ideal candidate will champion proactive sourcing methods, innovative recruitment tactics, and maintain rigorous standards to meet challenging hiring timelines. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, focusing on timely fulfillment of assigned roles, particularly those with lower complexity but critical to operational success. Proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent using a variety of creative sourcing channels including social media, job boards, and networking events. (Approximately 50%)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by facilitating candidate interviews, conducting comprehensive screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit, and preparing detailed candidate profiles with hiring recommendations to support informed selection decisions. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout their journey. (Approximately 25%)
- Collaborate closely with client leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to gain a deep understanding of business strategies, department culture, compensation parameters, internal equity considerations, talent management frameworks, succession planning, and approval processes to align recruitment efforts seamlessly. (Approximately 10%)
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all recruitment-related documentation and candidate dispositioning in adherence to standard operating procedures, maintaining data integrity and compliance within Applicant Tracking Systems and related platforms. (Approximately 10%)
- Serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador by representing the client at job fairs, industry events, and through digital and social media channels, promoting the organization as a preferred employer. Engage candidates and stakeholders with professionalism and genuine commitment to the client's employer value proposition. (Approximately 5%)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recruitment processes and candidate experience, leveraging insights to optimize sourcing methods and partnership effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) is required, reflecting foundational knowledge and analytical abilities relevant to recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with employment laws, equal opportunity hiring practices, and recruitment compliance standards is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
