Job Summary

As a Recruiter 2 within the RPO Operations division at Yoh Services LLC, you will play a pivotal role in executing our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) program strategies. Your primary objective will be to staff leadership and key individual contributor roles efficiently and effectively across assigned client portfolios. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with clients and candidates, ensuring an outstanding hiring experience that aligns with their business needs and our client’s position as an employer of choice. You will be instrumental in sourcing, evaluating, and managing candidate pipelines, facilitating smooth recruitment cycles, and onboarding new team members. By partnering with hiring managers, HR leadership, and business stakeholders, you will help build a strong talent network and contribute to the long-term success and reputation of both Yoh Services LLC and our valued clients.

This role combines operational execution with strategic partnership, requiring a balance of autonomy and collaboration. Your efforts will directly impact business growth, workforce quality, and employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates by leveraging diverse sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals. Proactively identify talent pools to meet current and future hiring demands within various industries and job functions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination through offer presentation and onboarding facilitation. Ensure transparent, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers to foster positive experiences.
  • Partner closely with client leadership, hiring managers, and HR business partners to deeply understand each client’s organizational culture, workforce planning, and talent acquisition challenges. Offer consultative guidance on recruitment strategies, market trends, and compensation standards.
  • Execute accurate and timely documentation of all recruitment activities within applicant tracking systems, adhering to company policies, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards.
  • Represent Yoh Services LLC and its clients as an employer brand ambassador through direct interactions at career fairs, community events, and digital platforms. Enhance visibility and appeal of client organizations to attract top talent.
  • Continuously assess and refine sourcing and recruitment methodologies to optimize performance metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least one year of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources preferred. Experience within a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) environment or agency setting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate management software, and online recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and diversity and inclusion principles applicable to recruitment and hiring.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61200 - $91800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
