Job Summary

Join Yoh Services LLC as a Recruiter 2 within our RPO Operations division, where you will play a vital role in advancing our client’s talent acquisition strategies. This position requires a dedicated professional responsible for delivering timely and effective recruitment services for leadership and key individual contributor roles, primarily focusing on roles with lower complexity but significant impact. You will be central to managing the candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. By fostering strong partnerships with HR leadership and hiring managers across our Enterprise Solutions business unit, you will help to promote the client’s employer brand as a preferred workplace. Operating remotely from Tennessee, you will leverage your recruitment expertise to uphold best practices and deliver high-quality talent that supports our client’s business objectives and cultural values.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development (50%): Proactively identify, attract, and cultivate a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques including social media, job fairs, networking events, and industry databases. Focus on roles with consistent sourcing strategies and maintain a robust talent pool to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Screening and Interview Facilitation (25%): Conduct thorough pre-screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, prepare comprehensive candidate profiles with recommendations, and communicate effectively with hiring managers to support informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership (10%): Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client leadership, hiring managers, and HR business partners. Gain deep understanding of business strategies, site culture, compensation frameworks, internal equity, and talent management initiatives to align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Documentation and Compliance (10%): Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented within applicant tracking systems in accordance with established procedures and timelines. Maintain data integrity and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Employer Branding and Advocacy (5%): Serve as a brand ambassador for the client, positioning them as an employer of choice through personalized candidate interactions, representation at recruitment events, and engagement on social media platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required, providing a foundational understanding of organizational operations and communication.
  • Recruitment Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and candidate evaluation methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Comfort with recruitment technology platforms and digital communication tools to manage candidate pipelines and coordinate recruitment activities efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
