Job Summary

Join Yoh Services LLC as a Recruiter 2, RPO within our Ingersoll Rand RPO department and play an essential role in executing our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Program’s strategy. This position focuses on securing top talent for leadership and key individual contributor roles by managing each stage of the recruitment lifecycle efficiently and professionally. You will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR leadership, enhancing the overall candidate and hiring manager experience while actively promoting our client as a premier employer of choice. In this dynamic role, you will leverage comprehensive sourcing methods and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring roles are filled promptly with qualified professionals who align with the client’s business goals and culture. Responsibilities

  • Effective Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Utilize diverse and innovative sourcing techniques to maintain a robust talent pipeline, with a focus on filling lower complexity roles consistently and promptly. Proactively identify, engage, and evaluate candidates to provide qualified shortlists to hiring managers. Continuously expand sourcing networks and maintain updated talent databases to support present and future hiring demands. (Approx. 50%)
  • Candidate Screening and Interview Coordination: Conduct thorough screenings including resume reviews, preliminary interviews, and skills assessments. Present candidate profiles with detailed insights and recommendations, ensuring hiring managers have comprehensive information to make informed decisions. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams to provide a seamless experience. (Approx. 25%)
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with client leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to gain a deep understanding of business objectives, cultural nuances, recruitment challenges, and compensation frameworks. Support internal processes such as talent management and succession planning with recruiting insights. (Approx. 10%)
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in recruitment systems, ensuring all data and dispositioning procedures comply with company policies and legal guidelines. Prepare reports and metrics related to recruitment activities and progress. (Approx. 10%)
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Act as a positive ambassador for the client through direct interactions at job fairs, networking events, and via social media platforms. Enhance the employer brand by delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience that reflects the client’s values and workplace culture. (Approx. 5%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a preference for RPO or corporate recruiting environments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle processes and candidate management techniques.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, diversity recruiting best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compose complex correspondence and convey information clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and comfort using digital communication and collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work setting, managing time and priorities independently.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61200 - $91800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
