Job Summary
The Practice Leader, Clinical and FSP Professional drives revenue growth, market expansion, and profitable delivery through legacey teams, existing accounts and new client acquisition for Yoh Services' clinical practice across staffing, consulting, and FSP solutions. This job carries practice quota accountability, develops strategic client relationships, guides solution design and service delivery, and leads team performance to expand market share and support client outcomes. In addition to leading delivery excellence, the Practice Leader partners with executive leadership to refine strategy, marketing elements, and delivery.
Responsibilities
Leads team by example through training, motivating, and mentoring as well as
optimizing team performance to achieve and exceed financial goals. Manages the
performance of the team through quality and quantity performance metrics (KPIs) as
identified by Yoh Leadership Team and operations.Own and achieve clinical practice
quota. Drive new business and grow existing client accounts through team
development, proactive outreach and relationship management.

Expands existing business partnerships held by incumbent and develops the scope of
assigned customer accounts by maintaining and improving relationships with key
decision-makers. Identify and upsell staffing, consulting and FSP services across the
practice.

Responsible for profit planning and implementation of strategic growth and sales
plans. Works with recruiting and sales teams to develop new business and grow
existing business via well balanced Account Plans. Lead the design of tailored
solutions for client needs. Collaborate on proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.

Identify target industries / geographies and use strategic skill sets and well-defined
pipelines to achieve both fulfillment goals and expansion efforts. Expand service
offerings based on market trends and client demand. Innovate delivery models and
go-to-market strategies.

Lead consultant hiring, onboarding, and performance management while aligning

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Sciences, Business Management, or a closely related field is required to provide a solid foundation for leadership and strategic decision-making.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in leadership roles, ideally within the staffing or Life Sciences industry, demonstrating progressive responsibility and success.
- Proven track record of managing full P&L responsibility and developing profitable growth strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, recruiting, and operations to achieve integrated business goals.
- A strong history of fostering client relationships and driving account expansion through strategic initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $112,880 - $169,320. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
