Job Description: 

As a Sr Rep - Employee Data Processing here's the work you'll do:

The Sr Employee Data Processing Representative is responsible for acting as a knowledge resource for other BSO team members relating to the HR transactional process, completing audits of the team's transactional activity, as well as executing HR-related transactional services in a timely and accurate manner. These transactional services include transactions and processes related to onboarding employees as well as transactional maintenance of employee data during the entire employee lifecycle. The Sr Employee Data Processing Representative must also document and review current processes and provide suggestions for improvements to drive efficiencies.

 

This role will report to our office in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Employee Support Representatives and BSO operational team members to research and resolve data-related issues related to employee records. Act as a SME for Employee Support Representatives. Document processes and procedures for the team. 40%
  • Perform transactional services related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, hires, changes, and terminations. Perform regular audits of team's activity to ensure data integrity. 35%
  • Provide customer support as a point of escalation for field office personnel regarding contractor status, reporting requests, and response to general inquiries. 15%
  • Comply with and administer Data Privacy policies, principles and procedures. Maintains customer and employee confidence and protects operations by ensuring the minimal, secure, approved, responsible, and confidential handling of data, as well as breach notification. 5%
  • Provides coverage as needed for other areas of HR Service Delivery, performs other duties as assigned. 5%

Minimum Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Preferred
  • 3+ years 3-5 years of experience with SAP HR transactions Required

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800 . This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements)
