As our Real Property Evaluator, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding assets, supporting government partnerships, and ensuring our operations run smoothly, down to the last detail!

As the Real Property Evaluator, here's the impactful work you'll do:

  • Manages and ensures accuracy of all facility records plant wide.
  • Conducts monthly equipment records accuracy and loss, damaged, destruction & theft (LDDD&T) incidents and documents the results for transfmittal to ACO staff. Coordinates incident cost with maintenance personnel.
  • Conducts real property inventories and evaluates structural changes to facilities, establishes value of these changes and documents those changes to real property records.
  • Primary interface with US Government regarding real property assets under control of the contractor (AO).
  • Evaluates the status of real property to ensure legal and contractual obligations are met.
  • Conduct Property audits of Tenants to document results for transmittal to the AO Site Manager and ACO staff. Assists AO Site Manager with projects as needed. 

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Reasoning Ability - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • High degree of proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and SAP.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.     

And if you have these qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • An Associate’s Degree (or higher) in Business preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License requried.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with team members is essential for contributing to a cohesive work environment.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process is mandated for all candidates.

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $47,040 - $70,560 annually. Please note that this range is not a guarantee of compensation; final offer amounts may vary based on experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
