Job Summary

The Manager, Resource role at Yoh Services LLC is a critical leadership position within our MSP Solutions division, focused on vendor management and human resource services at the client site. This role acts as the primary liaison between Yoh, our valued clients, and contract employees, ensuring smooth communication and effective relationship management. The Resource Manager contributes significantly to both immediate talent acquisition needs and longer-term workforce planning by proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent. Responsibilities include fostering strong partnerships with clients and contractors to enhance service delivery, while demonstrating Yoh’s commitment to excellence in staffing and human resource operations. This position requires a strategic and hands-on approach to managing a full recruiting desk, supporting multiple stakeholders, and delivering solutions that meet evolving client demands. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while impacting vital business operations within a dynamic and inclusive corporate culture.

Responsibilities

  • Contractor Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for on-site contractors, addressing performance concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, conducting exit interviews, and recognizing outstanding contractor achievements in partnership with clients, ensuring a positive and productive workforce environment (20%).
  • Client Communication: Collaborate closely with clients to streamline the requisition process, effectively translating client needs to staffing suppliers, clarifying job specifications, and ensuring alignment of recruitment efforts with organizational objectives (20%).
  • Vendor and Client Management: Maintain strong, enduring relationships with vendors and clients, proactively addressing and resolving any issues to safeguard service quality and partnership longevity (20%).
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruiting activities including sourcing, pipelining, candidate screening, interview preparation, and offer negotiation. Build and nurture pipelines of both active and passive candidates to reduce time-to-fill and enhance recruitment outcomes (20%).
  • Negotiation and Influence: Utilize strong negotiation skills to influence both client and candidate decisions towards mutually beneficial outcomes, fostering trust and collaboration (10%).
  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Contribute to creation and refinement of sourcing strategies by analyzing client requirements and recommending innovative approaches to attract quality talent (10%).

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Exceptional Communication & Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and satisfaction.
  • HR and Business Knowledge: Understanding of human resource principles combined with business acumen to align talent management strategies with organizational goals.
  • Staffing Industry Expertise: At least two years of experience in the staffing or recruiting industry, preferably within an onsite client or human resources environment, providing insight into staffing lifecycle and client expectations.
  • Full Recruiting Cycle Proficiency: Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates successfully while managing competing priorities.
  • Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Knowledgeable in modern and traditional search methodologies, leveraging diverse channels to identify and engage exceptional talent.
  • Conflict Resolution & Negotiation: Adept at handling sensitive employment issues, mediating conflicts, and negotiating offers that support retention and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge and critical thinking capabilities relevant to the role.
  • Minimum of three years' progressive experience in staffing and recruiting, with proven success in managing recruiting cycles and client relations.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Information Systems (HRIS), and Microsoft Office suite is desirable to efficiently manage recruiting documentation and communication.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder communications concurrently.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $54960 - 82,440. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
