Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Support: Execute recruiting strategies in support of sales and business objectives for Product Engineering. Develop a go to market strategy, provide pre-sales support for prospective clients and servicing existing clients. Provide recruiting team management and oversight to ensure optimal delivery. 20%
- Operational Excellence: Provide management, oversight and coaching to the national recruiting team members. Providing recruiting team members with the support they need to follow best practices of driving leads, pipelining candidates and acting as subject matter experts in Product Engineering. Achieving growth through continual assessments and adjustments of recruitment processes, ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of talent to fulfill customers Product Engineering hiring needs. 35%
- Staffing Analytics and Metrics: Promote the continual development and analysis of data to identify key trends, vital metrics and measures, establish standards, set objectives, align incentives and audit effectiveness, productivity and customer satisfaction. Utilize data to make fact-based, relevant decisions that drive continual value. 20%
- Strategic Sourcing: Apply creative and innovative thinking and design capability leading all proactive sourcing programs (national and international) and practices including social, mobile, web, local (on- the-ground), and the development of long-term relationships with relevant pools of talent. 10%
- Customer Service: Teach, coach and lead the staffing organization to develop productive sources of talent and deliver exceptional customer service with a primary focus on time sensitive, proactive, competitive and cost-effective recruitment solutions. Staff Development: Mentor and develop direct reports. 5%
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Subject matter expert on Sourcing, Fulfillment and Volume recruitment in National Product Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with direct reports, internal and external clients, and all levels of leadership.
- Sense of urgency and drive in decision making, leading teams, and communication.
- Highly accountable for own performance and decisions, as well as extended teams.
- Demonstrated successful history of leading large multi-site recruiting centers.
- Ability to travel if needed 30-40%;
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in business Preferred
- 12+ years in staffing agency, with a minimum 3 years leading large recruiting teams Required
Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $86,720 - $130,080. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
