Job Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for Yoh Enterprise Solutions contingent workforce programs with clients. The Program Manager is tasked with overseeing the daily operations and strategic management of their designated account. The program manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow with client account. The program manager will be the day to day operation primary point of contact with client sponsors/hiring managers ensuring client satisfaction and balancing needs with overall Yoh Enterprise Solutions business objectives. The program manager may have direct reports depending on client size and scope.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the success of Yoh Enterprise Solutions operational client delivery for MSP programs by developing and maintaining client relationships through regular meetings with client Hiring Managers and client sponsors, encouraging feedback continuously. Engage and partner with DZX leadership and sales to introduce any new services to the client. Participate in developing client forecast/budget and monitor delivery according to plan forecast/budget. Responsible for developing customized operation SOP's for account. Contribute and facilitate Internal Account Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients. Provide reporting and analytics on service delivery measurements and client specific statistics to ensure client contractual requirements are being met. 30%
  • Works with clients to ensure that the requisition process runs smoothly, including communicating the needs of the client to various suppliers, managing the scheduling of interviews, orientations and onboarding and offboarding of temporary workers. 30%
  • Facilitate/Manage supplier relationships through close communication and collaboration. Conduct continuous analysis of Supplier performance utilizing Supplier Scorecard methodology. Monitor supplier performance against SLAs. Focus on continuous improvement of Supplier service delivery to ensure commitments to clients and suppliers are met. Collaborate with supplier management team to source suppliers with the necessary capabilities to provide service excellence. 20%
  • Coach/train direct reports to assure their ability to deliver superior customer service. Clarify roles and responsibilities and hold team members accountable for service delivery excellence. Set goals. Guide and develop team members in support of individual career development. Establish objectives and conduct performance evaluation of individuals supporting the client. Participate in all relevant training programs available internally for business and professional development knowledge. 20%

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Required
  • 5+ years of professional experience with 2+ in a Managed Services environment Required

    Compensation and Benefits-

     

    In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $70,880 - $106,320. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
