Job Description: 

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Market Director, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to all of the project managers at Mason & Hanger. This position will also be responsible for preparing project paperwork on an as-needed basis.

 

This role is in our office in Lexington, KY with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative functions such as word processing for Project Managers on correspondence and project paperwork. Copies and distribution of printed materials for meetings. 
  • Attends weekly production meetings and project kick off meetings. Takes minutes and distributes mintues and updates milestone reports. 
  • Assists Project Managers with design submittals and ensures secure mailing. 
  • Maintains project files and performs project file archival. 

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Knowledge of A/E Industry and terms commonly utilized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software packages.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to gain clearance for Top Secret

Minimum Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • 2+ years administrative Required

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $47,280  to $70,920 . This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
