Job Description: 

As a Administrative Assistant here's the work you'll do:

Primarily responsible for execution of providing administrative support for the continuity of office and business operations. Providing exceptional customer services to both internal and external customers by, greeting customers and clients, in-person and on the phone. Provide support for Human Resources, Project Management, and Business Development as necessary.

 

This role is in office in Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, vendors, service people, entering the establishment; determine nature and purpose of visit. Serves as the first line of security for company - observing arrivals and ensuring security measures are followed. Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) if Annex facilities are present. Operate multi-line telephone to answer calls, screen and forward calls, provide information, and take messages. 25%
  • Support project management by assisting with technical specification editing and processing, coordinating with PM on travel and making team travel reservations, mailing packages, organizaing repographic needs, etc 25%
  • Maintain a quantity of routine office supplies, order supplies for the office such as paper, toner, printer ink, and other general office supplies, receive supplies and check incoming supplies against supplies ordered, receive delivery of supplies and store them in appropriate locations, including coffee bars and break rooms. Be the primary point of contact for building maintenance, process service requests, validate visitor parking, distribute office correspondence. 20%
  • Provide assistance to organize meetings including but not limited to lunch orders, conference room set-up of refreshments, and assistance with technological equipment. Manage office procurement card. 10%
  • Provide Administrative and Human Resource support as needed and generate office correspondence. 15%
  • Retrieve and sort mail, and track status of office of staff personnel with respect to being in/out of office. 5%

Minimum Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • College Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years Required or
  • less than 1 year with college degree

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $52,160 to $78,240. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements
