  • Project & Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with project managers and clients, facilitating meetings, reviews, and ongoing communication to ensure projects meet technical requirements, budgets, schedules, and exceed client expectations.
  • Mentorship & Development: Serve as an inspiring mentor and advisor to engineers and designers, supporting their professional growth through coaching, training opportunities, and performance feedback to cultivate a skilled and motivated team.
  • Resource Management: Strategically allocate engineering resources and coordinate project assignments to optimize productivity and ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables in collaboration with departmental leadership.
  • Talent Management: Oversee personnel-related activities including the review and approval of timesheets, conducting comprehensive performance evaluations, participating in recruitment and interview processes, and contributing insights for compensation and career progression decisions.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical engineering analysis and the design of diverse electrical systems across various applications.
  • Strong capability to develop and effectively present conceptual and detailed design ideas to a broad range of stakeholders using professional visual supports such as drawings, renderings, and technical exhibits.
  • Understanding of business development processes including the preparation and submission of compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support organizational growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with market leaders, project managers, interdisciplinary engineering teams, and external clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of delegating tasks efficiently, guiding engineering teams to meet project goals, and holding team members accountable for deliverables and performance standards.

And if you have these qualifications:
