Job Summary

This position supports the Yoh Finance Managers. Position will be tasked with providing direct financial support by monitoring, researching, and reporting key financial information regarding the unit's operations. Acting as a business partner whereby key support and analysis are provided as an influential member of Yoh Finance team, including the preparation and review of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Works closely with the Manager of Finance to develop reports and ad hoc analysis for the group. Serves as the incentive plans SME, provides overall financial management and control of the calculation, reporting, and analyses of all Yoh commission and bonus plans.

 

This role will be hybrid in the Philadephia office.

Responsibilities

  • Administer commission and incentive plan calculations, validations, reporting, and payments. Requires a thorough understanding of all commissions and incentive plans in order to answer participant inquiries and ensure accurate payouts 40%
  • Support Finance management in connection with planning/forecasting, period closing, and executive presentations. Contribute to period-end close activities through preparation of journal entries and maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP 25%
  • Prepare & publish financial and operational reporting including key metrics. Ensure reports are easily understood, timely, accurate and complete. 20%
  • Actively work with business stakeholders, Finance, and IT to develop and advance business intelligence. Develop and customize system based reporting and dashboarding to improve business intelligence and better enable decision making 10%
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and projects 5%

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to quickly develop relationships
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting (GAAP)
  • Knowledge of internal/external reporting structures. Experience using SAP and Business Analytic tools preferred (i. e. PowerBI and Analysis for Office)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Accounting, Finance, or related field Required
  • 2+ years Required
  • Services industry experience Preferred

 

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $68,480 - $102,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
