Job Summary

Safety & Quality Coordinator assists in the day-to-day management of Quality Assurance, safety and DBA tasks. This role is responsible for assisting the Quality & Safety Director in ensuring compliance with DOL for DBA claims as well as Safety & Quality compliance with ANSI and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collect all information on DBA claims for submittal to DOL. Ensure timely submittal of DBA claims Communicate with insurance carriers on incident/claims questions/investigations. 50%
  • Assist in the planning and execution of quality process development, training and implementation of ANSI, ICoCA, ISO, and other required customer and company compliant quality standards across the business unit. 15%
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining standardized quality control/assurance policies and procedures and other documents to ensure compliance and repeatable processes and practices. 20%
  • Assist with the trending/tracking of all safety incidents for key metrics and any applicable corrective actions. 15%

  • Action oriented, can effectively deal with ambiguity. Able to demonstrate organizational agility and commands strong problem-solving skills and drives for results, ability to build cross-functional relationships to foster support for Quality and Safety goals and objectives.
  • Basic knowledge of theory and principles of statistics and statistical process
  • Adept in use of software and systems.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, agility to establish strategic direction.
  • Basic knowledge of Federal and State regulatory and contractual requirements on ANSI PSC 1-2012 standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • 1+ years of business experience Required

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $61,200.00 - $91,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Pay is determined by the assigned work location and, where applicable, the governing collective bargaining agreement. The posted range reflects differences among locations and agreements; the rate for each assignment is fixed and is not based on seniority or experience
