Responsibilities
- Utilize comprehensive sourcing strategies by employing job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, referrals, and other modern recruiting tools to identify and engage potential candidates for various clinical research roles—accounting for approximately 40% of daily activities.
- Conduct detailed resume reviews to assess candidates’ clinical research experience and skills, identify any inconsistencies or overstated qualifications, and ensure alignment with job requirements before forwarding candidates to recruiters for further evaluation, contributing to about 35% of task focus.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment partners to gain insights into current hiring priorities, commonly sought clinical research competencies, and geographical staffing needs, enabling continuous refinement of sourcing methodologies based on client demands and recruiter feedback—about 15% of role responsibilities.
- Maintain meticulous and organized records of candidate data, manage talent pipelines efficiently, and stay current with industry trends, labor market fluctuations, and evolving clinical research skill sets to enhance the effectiveness and precision of sourcing efforts, covering 10% of the role.
- Participate in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to stay abreast of best practices in talent sourcing and clinical research recruitment.
- Adhere strictly to all organizational policies and legal regulations concerning data privacy and candidate confidentiality throughout the sourcing and documentation processes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Sciences, or related field preferred, though equivalent experience in recruiting or talent acquisition will be considered.
- At least one year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, resume research, or talent acquisition, with a demonstrated track record of successfully identifying clinical research candidates.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates specifically for clinical roles is required, reflecting familiarity with the nuances of clinical research talent requirements.
- Strong capability to swiftly interpret resumes, assess skills, and match candidate qualifications against detailed job requisitions.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, ATS platforms, and advanced internet search techniques is preferred for effective candidate identification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory to ensure clear and professional interactions with candidates and recruiting team members.

Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $52,160 - $78,240. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
