Job Summary
Responsibilities
90% – Material Receiving, Warehouse Organization, Shipping, and Storage Management
- 30% – Receive, inspect, document, and organize incoming materials and equipment within designated project laydown and storage areas. Prepare material receiving and status reports for Construction Managers, Project Managers, and customers.
- 20% – Maintain accurate inventory records by item, stock number, lot number, quantity, location, and condition. Review contract delivery requests to confirm that required materials are available and properly stored.
- 30% – Coordinate all material-handling and logistics activities, including the staging, packaging, shipping, receiving, transfer, and delivery of materials. Maintain applicable shipping and receiving documentation and coordinate activities with project teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers.
- 10% – Perform monthly audits and surveillance of warehouse and material storage areas. Document material condition, shelf-life status, storage requirements, environmental controls, preservation measures, and overall warehouse organization.
- 5% – Company Equipment and Asset Management Act as the primary point of contact for company equipment and assets, including forklifts, fleet vehicles, and tooling. Maintain applicable licences, logbooks, inspection records, maintenance requirements, and calibration documentation.
- 5% – Personnel Support and Workflow Coordination Provide support to incoming Quality Control personnel and assist with workflow coordination and workforce planning to support operational objectives and customer contract requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area is the minimum requirement Required
- Post-Secondary Education in logistics Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the field Required

$93,280 - $116,600 Annually - rate will be determined based on skills and experience
