Position Description
Position Summary
Under general supervision, the Document Control Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and tracking project documents internally and externally; communicating with field, customers and office staff of various levels, and maintaining and updating applicable procedures as required. This position assists the Quality Assurance team with the QAM with the maintenance of the approved suppliers list.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate the on-site distribution of all required documents such as drawings, specifications and Comprehensive Work Packages.
• Maintain project documentation within applicable company filing requirements;
• Check and verify the accuracy of drawings, transmittals, and documents to be recorded, ensuring documentation matches the appropriate Work package;
• Receive, track and monitor drawings and documentation from internal and external customers;
• Interface with the project teams and clients to coordinate the control of documentation and throughout the approval process;
• Generate transmittals to send documentation to external parties through electronic or hard copy means
Job Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: High School diploma with 4+ years of related work experience; or, Diploma or Degree in Business or related study with 1-3+ years of experience
• Preferred experience in the nuclear and construction industry, with an active security clearance
• Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to interact positively with all levels internally and externally with clients and in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
