We're looking for a full time, On-site Truck Driver.
This position pays $21.55 per hour!
As the Truck Driver here’s the work you’ll do:
• Operates automotive vehicles such as pickup, sedans, carryalls, panel trucks, tone and one-half flat bed, tank trucks and stake trucks; semi-trailers, tractors with trailer, dump truck, garbage trucks, FWD trucks with auger, asphalt spreaders, buses, winch truck, wreckers, low boys and other motorized equipment of similar capacity as assigned
• Performs pickup and delivery service; transports inert or explosive materials, personnel, equipment and supplies within the plant or on the public highways and may be required to load and/or unload vehicle with or without assistance of employees in other classifications
• Operates vehicles in all types of weather and under other hazardous driving and road conditions.
• Must know and observe all traffic, speed and safety regulations and be familiar with what is necessary for the proper upkeep and operation of the vehicle to which assigned.
• Follows training when work requires collecting, transporting, storing, treating, disposing and/or otherwise handling of hazardous waste and its related documentation.
• May be assigned to load, transfer and/or unload hazardous wastes/materials. Drivers so assigned must have documented evidence of training as included in the Company's Hazardous Waste Training Program.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
• Hold a current Class A Commercial Drivers License with Endorsement to transport Hazardous Material.
• Physically able to load and/or unload vehicle with or without assistance.
• Knowledge of guidelines regarding working with hazardous waste.
• Complies with safety guidelines, Company policies and related state and federal driving regulations when operating vehicles.
And if you have these qualifications:
• High School or equivalent
• One year of previous driving experience of a semi-tractor/trailer or similar equipment.

• Ability to read complex documents in the English language.
• Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.
• Ability to write complex documents in the English language.
• Capacity to express thoughts orally.
• Ability to wear a mask, respirator, bullet proof vest, or other equipment.
• Ability to regularly perform all job functions at Company’s office or worksite.
• Ability to withstand environmental conditions (e.g. extreme heat or cold, grass, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, extreme noise, etc.)
