We're looking for a full time, Quality Assessor.

This position pays $21.12 per hour!

As the Quality Assessor, here’s the work you’ll do:
•    Visually inspects components for deterioration, freedom of movement of parts, clearances between parts and dimension of specified parts using measuring devices. Assures compliance with ordinance specifications, standard inspection procedures and drawings. Visually inspects work in process for defects such as cracks, holes, dents, burs, pits, fins, etc.
•    Performs testing in accordance with SOPs. Interprets radiographs.
•    Verifies dimension, for conformance to specifications, using fixed gauges.
•    Prepares inspection records as directed.
•    Performs item performance testing i/a/w prescribed procedures and periodic inspections of stored ammunition and components.
•    Performs active role in application of SPC controls, such as collecting, plotting, and/or interpreting process data, adjusting process and/or notifying appropriate personnel to effect corrective action.


This role is for you if you have these skills:
•    Ability to use specialized inspection equipment, such as optical comparator, height gauges, hardness testers, etc.
•    Certification program for inspectors.


And if you have these qualifications: 
•    High School
•    Other: Must attend internal QA certification classes and pass test

•    Hearing
•    Talking
•    Capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods of time.
•    Ability to read complex documents in the English language.
•    Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.
•    Ability to write complex documents in the English language.
•    Capacity to express thoughts orally.
•    Ability to wear a mask, respirator, bullet proof vest, or other equipment.
•    Ability to regularly perform all job functions at Company’s office or worksite.
•    Ability to withstand environmental conditions (e.g. extreme heat or cold, grass, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, extreme noise, etc.)
