Position Summary

Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities of designated program to ensure that goals and objectives of program are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. In addition, serves as primary Business Development interface with their customers.

• Responsible for customer satisfaction and profitability of assigned program(s)
• Ensures the schedule, quality, and cost targets are met for assigned contracts.
• Coordinates and manages responses to requests for quotes.
• Coordinates and enlists the assistance/input of other managers as necessary to meet required deadlines and provide satisfactory overall performance of assigned program(s).
• Performs duties with wide latitude for exercise of independent judgment and decision under general administrative direction; and has latitude for unreviewed action and decisions.
• Serves as Business Development interface with current customers to grow the portfolio.
