As the Manufacturing Engineer, here's the work you'll do:

In his capacity, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive engineering solutions, ensuring specifications are not only met but consistently exceeded

 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and optimizing manufacturing processes through the execution of general engineering tasks, including detailed documentation.

• Preparing studies, drafts, and specifications, alongside cost estimates to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.

• Setting priorities effectively and managing daily responsibilities across diverse manufacturing processes and product lines.

• Communicating project needs, statuses, and scheduling updates with key stakeholders across departments, including Project Management, Proposal Writing, and Budgeting teams.

• Developing and updating operational procedures that empower shop floor staff while promptly addressing production-related challenges.

• Guiding projects from their inception to production with an unfaltering focus on completion, adhering to established timelines and budget constraints.

• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives, bringing forth innovative ideas to bolster processes and productivity.

• Undertaking additional tasks assigned by management that align with your expertise and the overarching goals of the team.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Methods and Techniques, with a hands-on approach to implementation.

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply various drawings, documentation including safety rules, operations manuals, and maintenance instructions.

• Strong capabilities in Cost Estimating and Facilities Planning to support project financials.

• Familiarity with essential software tools such as Word, Access, Excel, AutoCAD, 3-D Modeling software, Outlook, and SAP as required.

• Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear procedures and comprehensive reports.

And if you have these qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)(Ind Tech, Ind Eng, Mech, Electric, Manufacturing, etc.) Required.

• Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing engineering Preferred.

• Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner, indicating it is federally compliant

• Expertise in: Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word), CAD, Revit, Bentley

 

In compliance with this states pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $76,080 - $114,120. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
