Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Adminstrator of the Document Locator Software for Day & Zimmermann Munitions (Kansas, South Dakota, Texarkana). Responsible for granting access, setting up security, providing orientation, conducting training, troubleshooting issues, and designing and developing applications (workflows, profiles, etc.) for end users of the software. 35%
- Serves as Document Control point of contact, maintaining compliance with applicable portions of ISO Standard, specifically, the clauses related to Control of Documents and Control of Quality Records. 25%
- Prepares and maintains detailed Lot History Records. Process includes performing complete review of all documentation for accuracy, researching and compiling component and powder certifications, providing completed documentation package to DCMA for review, providing support and follow-up with DCMA as required, providing finalized documentation package to customer, providing customer support and follow-up, as required, and loading documentation package into Document Locator for future reference. 20%
- Provides other support to Configuration Manager, including but not limted to support of technical data review, processing of Change Control Board requests and processing, and technical reports. 10%
- Provides other support to Quality Director, including but not limited to preparation of reports and workflow maintenance for management. 10%

- Proficient in use of Computer software relative to Tech Data job assignments including, but not limited to Microsoft Office suite. Requires in-depth understanding of Document Locator software.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree (AA) or relevant work experience. Required
- 1+ years One (1) year experience working with Tech Data in an administrative or equivalent capacity. Required

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $47,040 - $70,560. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
