The Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) is responsible for the oversight of Statement of Work based consulting teams provided by Yoh. The Technical Engagement Manager will serve as the main operational point of contact for both the Client Manager and the Yoh provided consulting team for key facets of the SOW / Engagement, largely to reduce the administrative burden on the client manager. Their responsibility will include; working with the client to select and on-board the contractor team, provide oversight to the contract team insuring they have what they need to conduct their work, assess their progress and identify any potential areas of concern or risk to the project and attempt to resolve them. They will accomplish this through regularly meeting with the team. The TEM will meet with the Client Manager on a regular, pre-determined basis to review team progress, project time & approval and burn rates and to raise any risk concerns about existing team members along with mitigation recommendations including replacing the contractor, prior to it impacting the project.
