Position Description
We’re looking for a full-time, staff Systems Support Analyst, Recruiting Applications to join our Day & Zimmermann team. The Systems Support Analysts provides Tier 1–2 support for front-office recruiting technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and vendor management systems (VMS). This role focuses on end-user support, configuration, and system administration of the Bullhorn ATS and its integrated tools such as Bullhorn Automation, VMS Sync, and idibu. This includes end user training and the creation of administrative support and system best practices documentation. The analyst will manage daily support tickets, troubleshoot system issues, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve technical problems. They will also work closely with Yoh's Operations and Enablement team to support system enhancements and recruiting technology initiatives.
As the Systems Support Analyst, Recruiting Applications, here’s the work you’ll do:
- End user support and system administration for ATS and VMS Software, including managing daily support tickets and support for third-party platforms connected to front-office recruiting workflows.
- Facilitates tasks on projects involving systems changes.
- Creates system documentation and training material to ensure users are properly trained and equipped on best practices.
- Participates in system testing.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- Previous experience with Bullhorn platform strongly preferred. Experience working with cloud-based recruiting software a plus.
- Must possess both technical and business savviness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Possesses a continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary internal customer-service.
- Able to prioritize workload and advise on the work priorities; strong organizational and time management skills.

And if you have these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 1+ years experience supporting recruiting applications
- 1+ years experience working in the staffing industry preferred
- Great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of background screening process

Compensation Data
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $61,200.00 - $91,800.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
