Strategic Sales Manager - Clinical Team
We're looking for a full-time, staff Strategic Sales Manager - Clinical Team to join our Yoh Team.
The Strategic Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales strategy and operational excellence within the Specialty Practice branch, reporting to the Market Director. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team across multiple branches, developing and executing sales initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve business growth. The Strategic Sales Manager will be tasked with identifying new market opportunities, setting and monitoring team goals, and ensuring adherence to sales methodologies and best practices. With a strategic mindset and proven sales management experience, this individual will work cross-functionally to align sales efforts with business objectives, providing insights, performance reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Strong leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach are essential for success in this role
As the Strategic Sales Manager, here's the work you'll do:
- Identify target accounts within the designated Specialty Practice branch to meet with key client executives in order to structure and streamline deals toward the path to close. Responsible for Market mapping and development of client strategy to win key business. Partner with key stakeholders to develop training content, account strategies and market planning for branches / Practices.
- Manages the performance of the branch sales teams as identified by the Market Director by controlling RAMP and gross profit metrics. Directs Account Managers through the creation of sales strategies for each account in effort to identify new client business across various segments.
- Partners with cross functional internal teams to create RFP responses, develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective new accounts. Partners with legal and finance during the contract negotiation phase to ensure maximum profitability of contract.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, creating a motivated environment that encourages achievement and growth.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management, highlighting progress and identifying challenges.

- BS or MS
- Ten plus years of experience and a proven track record in sales
n compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $86,720 - $130,080. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
