Position Description

We’re looking for a temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Stanton, TN. The Human Resources Coordinator provides support to project for human resources related functions.

As the Human Resources Coordinator, here’s the work you’ll do:

  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training and development and performance management.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR related matters. 
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and orientation.
  • Prepare and distribute HR related documents and communications.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Preferred working knowledge of SAP HR system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented, ability to organize and prioritize work assignments.
  • Able to perform duties with accuracy and must be able to maintain confidentiality.

And if you have these qualifications:

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Two years combined experience in customer relations or human resources.
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of background screening process.

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $46,320.00 - $69,480.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
