Job Summary

As a Senior Recruiter at Yoh Services LLC, you will play a pivotal role in executing the corporate recruitment strategy to ensure that key leadership positions and individual contributor roles, primarily supporting Yoh, are filled efficiently and effectively. This role demands a strategic partner who can facilitate workforce planning and provide expert advice to clients on the best approaches for filling open positions. Your responsibilities will include crafting comprehensive job descriptions, determining optimal candidate sourcing strategies, structuring interviews, and coordinating compelling offer packages. Additionally, you will be charged with developing robust pipelines of both active and passive candidates through dedicated research, in-depth screening, and extensive networking. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR leadership, you will continuously refine the candidate and hiring manager experience while championing Yoh and Day & Zimmerman as employers of choice. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods including headhunting, competitive intelligence, referrals, LinkedIn, and social media to proactively identify and engage with a broad spectrum of qualified candidates, emphasizing diversity and inclusion. Continuously expand your network and leadership pipeline database to ensure a ready pool of candidates for current and future needs. (30%)
  • Interview Facilitation and Candidate Evaluation: Lead and manage the interview process by conducting thorough candidate screenings—preferably behavioral-based using techniques such as Loninger's methodology—either via phone or in-person. Provide detailed candidate assessments and make informed recommendations to hiring managers to aid in decision-making. (20%)
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Develop and maintain productive relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Compensation teams. Gain a deep understanding of business strategies, departmental needs, organizational culture, compensation practices, internal equity, talent management, and succession planning to support holistic recruitment activities. (20%)
  • Administrative Excellence: Accurately enter requisitions and candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining meticulous records of interactions with candidates and hiring managers to ensure transparency and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. (20%)
  • Employer Branding and Representation: Serve as a compelling brand ambassador for Yoh and Day & Zimmerman. Actively promote the organization as the destination employer of choice through face-to-face engagement, candidate communications, participation in job fairs, and leveraging social media channels. (10%)

  • Comprehensive Recruiting Expertise: Demonstrated experience in internal recruitment across all organizational levels, adept at managing multiple requisitions efficiently.
  • High-Volume Communication: Proficient in handling a busy recruitment environment with the capacity to conduct 50-75 calls daily, maintaining professionalism and organizational rigor.
  • Innovative Sourcing Abilities: Skilled in employing creative and proactive sourcing techniques to uncover both active and passive talent pools tailored to diverse roles.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build collaborative and credible relationships quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Adept at engaging in meaningful discussions with business unit leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to align recruitment strategies with overall organizational goals and client needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Sciences, or a related field is required to ensure a foundational understanding of business and human resource principles.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in agency and internal talent acquisition roles, with proven success supporting business unit functions and managing complex recruitment processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and social media platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Interviewing Expertise: Experience with behavioral-based interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit and potential effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $54,960 - $82,440.   This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
