Job Summary

Responsible for the execution of Corporate's recruitment strategy to ensure that leadership and key individual contributor roles supporting primarily Yoh are filled in a timely manner. Successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating workforce planning and advising clients on the most strategic approach to fill open positions including job description content, candidate source, interview discipline and structure and content of offer package. Responsible for developing qualified active and passive candidate pipelines through research, screening and networking. Will build relationships and partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to continuously enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience and branding Yoh and Day & Zimmerman a destination employer of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that key leadership and individual contributor roles are filled in a timely manner via effective sourcing and developing a pipeline of qualified candidates. Using a variety of sourcing methods; headhunting, competitive intelligence, referrals, Linked In, social media, etc, the recruiter will proactively seek and evaluate the most qualified candidates, with a strong emphasis on diversity, to present to the hiring manager. Continually expands networking/sourcing resources and leadership pipeline database. 30%
  • The recruiter will facilitate the interview process, thoroughly screen, (preferably using a behavioral based interviewing technique-preferably Loninger, either over the phone or in person) each candidate to be presented to the hiring manager and provide details of each candidate with recommendations to the hiring manager. 20%
  • Will develop collaborative relationships with leadership, hiring manager population, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Compensation to understand the end to end business strategy, needs and issues, the site specific culture, the hiring process, the compensation practices, internal equity, talent management, succession planning, and approval processes. 20%
  • Enters requisitions and candidate information into ATS and keeps meticulous records of all contact with both candidates and hiring managers 20%
  • Brand ambassador for Yoh and Day & Zimmermann broadly. Position Yoh through face-to-face interaction, candidate calls, job fairs and social media as the destination employer of choice 10%

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Required
  • 5+ years experience with a combination of Agency work and internal Talent Acquisition supporting Business Unit functions Required

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $60,480 - $90,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
