Join Yoh Services LLC as a Senior Recruiter within our RPO Operations division, supporting the GE Renewable Energy TA department. This pivotal role involves driving the execution of the recruitment strategy for the RPO Program/Client, specifically designed to fill leadership and key individual contributor roles efficiently. This position plays a crucial part in building and nurturing talent pipelines by leveraging both active and passive sourcing methodologies. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be instrumental in shaping the workforce by identifying and engaging top-tier talent aligned with the client’s strategic goals. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions, and champion the use of diverse recruitment channels and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Process Management (25%): Lead and facilitate the interview process, including screening candidates thoroughly and delivering comprehensive assessments alongside tailored recommendations to hiring managers to support informed decision-making.
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition (50%): Proactively source and attract qualified candidates for critical leadership and individual contributor roles using diverse and innovative methods. Maintain and expand a robust recruitment network to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration (10%): Foster strong partnerships with client leadership, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Compensation teams to understand business strategy, site-specific culture, compensation frameworks, and approval processes for recruitment.
- Systems and Documentation (10%): Maintain accurate and timely documentation in recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and organizational timelines for candidate disposition and recordkeeping.
- Employer Branding (5%): Serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for assigned client programs by engaging candidates and hiring managers through face-to-face interactions, participating in job fairs, leveraging social media, and other channels to position the client as the preferred employer.

Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) required, reflecting a solid foundation for professional recruitment practices.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of combined experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Corporate Talent Acquisition, and/or agency recruitment environments. Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting in complex, fast-paced settings is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the use of applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and digital communication platforms to optimize hiring workflows and candidate engagement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compose complex documents and effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Knowledgeable of relevant employment laws, equal opportunity regulations, and recruitment industry standards to ensure integrity and fairness in hiring.

Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $68,480 - $102,720.
