Job Summary

As a Senior Recruiter within our RPO Operations, you will play a pivotal role in executing comprehensive recruitment strategies for our client's leadership and key individual contributor roles. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring timely placements through innovative sourcing, thoughtful candidate screening, and structured interview processes. This position involves nurturing diverse talent pipelines by engaging in proactive research, insightful candidate assessments, and dynamic networking activities. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR leadership, you will enhance the recruitment experience for all stakeholders while reinforcing our client’s reputation as a top-choice employer in their industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the facilitation of comprehensive interview processes by coordinating schedules, preparing interview materials, and providing detailed candidate assessments and insights to hiring teams to support informed decision-making (approx. 25%).
  • Consistently fill critical leadership and individual contributor roles efficiently by utilizing a variety of advanced sourcing techniques, maintaining a broad and diverse recruitment network, and leveraging strategic pipelines to secure top talent responsiveness (approx. 50%).
  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with client leadership, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Compensation teams to align recruitment efforts with overarching business goals and organizational culture, including compliance with hiring and compensation policies (approx. 10%).
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all applicant tracking system documentation and candidate disposition activities, adhering strictly to established standard operating procedures and deadlines to maintain recruitment data integrity (approx. 10%).
  • Represent the client’s employer brand with enthusiasm and professionalism by participating in job fairs, social media engagement, face-to-face networking, and other outreach initiatives designed to position the organization as an employer of choice in the market (approx. 5%).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Sciences, or a related field is required, providing a foundational understanding applicable to recruitment and talent management.
  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience combining roles in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Corporate Talent Acquisition, and/or staffing agency environments, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for leadership-level roles and specialized individual contributor positions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, and current sourcing technologies and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively navigate complex stakeholder relationships and candidate engagements.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $64,480 - $102,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
