Sr Recruiter, RPO

Responsible for the execution of RPO Program's/Client's recruitment strategy to ensure that leadership and key individual contributor roles assigned to them are filled in a timely manner. Successful candidate will work to fill open positions including candidate sourcing, screening , interview discipline and structure and content of offer package. Responsible for developing qualified active and passive candidate pipelines through research, screening and networking. Will build and leverage relationships in partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership to continuously enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience while promoting the client's branding as a destination employer of choice.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts / Sciences - Required 
  • Five plus years of RPO, Corporate, TA and / or agency experience

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $68,480 - $102,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
