Sr. Recruiter, RPO
Responsible for the execution of RPO Program's/Client's recruitment strategy to ensure that
leadership and key
individual contributor roles assigned to them are filled in a timely manner. Successful candidate
will work to fill
open positions including candidate sourcing, screening , interview discipline and structure and
content of offer
package. Responsible for developing qualified active and passive candidate pipelines through
research,
screening and networking. Will build and leverage relationships in partnership with hiring
managers and HR
leadership to continuously enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience while
promoting the client's
branding as a destination employer of choice.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the interview process and screen candidates, providing hiring managers with detailed assessments and recommendations.
- Fill key leadership and indiviual contributors roles promtply using diverse sourcing methords and maintanining a strong recruitment network.
- Develops collaborative relationships with the client's leadership, hiring manager population, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Compensation to understand the end to end business strategy, needs and issues, the site specific culture, the hiring process, the compensation practices and applicable approval processes.
- Performs all required system documentation and dispositioning of candidates in accordance with standard operating procedures and expected timelines.
- Brand ambassador for assigned client programs. Position Client through face to face interaction, candidate calls, job fairs and social media as the destination employer of choice.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts / Sciences (BA / BS) - required
- Five plus years - combination of professional experience with RPO, Corporate TA, and / or Agency work - required

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $68,480 - $102,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
