Position Description

A Sales Development Specialist is needed for a full-time, remote staff opportunity with DZConneX.  The Sales Development Specialist is an inside sales representative that focuses on outreach and lead qualification.  The Sales Development Specialist focuses on connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they are a good prospect for the DZConneX Sales Team.  The Sales Development Specialist then moves leads through the sales pipeline, connects to learn about their business needs and schedules meetings the the DZConneX Sales team if their need aligns with the growth goals of the Sales organization.

The work you'll be doing:

  • Perform routine research and analysist to identify potential sales and client targets in a defined territory to schedule meetings with the Sales team.  Identify and initiate relationship with key contacts and decision makers for Total Talent Solutions and secures multiple meetings weekly.
  • Lead Salesflow development and execution for utilization across Sales Support team and shares best practices on appointment setting and follow up for additional meetings with prospective clients.  Assigning sales and client targets to sales cadences for a repeatable sequence of sales activities documented in
  • Educate prospect customers on Yoh / DZX solutions through email and phone conversations.  Develop and send customized sales collateral to customers, enticing customers to meet with the Sales team in anticipation of securing RFPs.  Be responsible for client relationship initiation. 
  • Direct client prospects to the appropriate Sales or service delivery team based on potential client needs. 
  • Research and develop client prospect target within territory.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Three years of professional experience
  • Staffing Sales experience is required

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $57,200 - $85,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
