Job Summary

An IT Agency Recruiter is needed for a full-time, staff opportunity REMOTELY with Yoh, reporting to the Boston Branch Manager. The IT Agency Recruiter is under the direction of the account manager and senior recruiters and develops practical recruiting techniques to source and screen IT talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future IT opportunities.  The IT Agency Recruiter will seek guidance and be given direction to learn the business, develop sourcing and recruiting skills, and grow within the role to become a Grow with Yoh Subject Matter Expert (SME). The Recruiter will work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contributing to the overall success of the business center.     

Responsibilities

  • Building a track record of demonstrated competency in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc), policies and guidelines, and client service objectives as well as meeting ramp or productivity goals. Operates proficiently in filling various IT roles, as assigned. Provides support and takes initiative through the interview process including performing the necessary screening requirements and through the offer phase.
  • Communicate/collaborates with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other HRIS systems. Manage contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate candidate and contractor related problems. 
  • Demonstrates a proficient understanding of the business and industry; can effectively build relationships with candidates to create and sustain a pipeline for future positions.  Can utilize established network to anticipate and meet client requests.
  • Effectively utilizes recruiting tools including networking through social media outlets, professional affiliations, job boards, database searches, etc. 
  • Works to understand the client's needs and reacts appropriately in an environment of competing priorities.

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • IT Agency Recruitment experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in and a thorough understanding of the recruiting process
  • Knowledge of the IT staffing industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
  • Two - five years of experience of IT Agency Recruitment
  • AIRS preferred

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $50,720 - $76,080. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
