Job Summary
As a Recruiter 2 within our RPO Operations at Yoh Services LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment efforts for our distinguished client programs, specifically within the Ingersoll Rand RPO department. This position is essential in executing targeted recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent for both leadership and critical individual contributor roles. You will engage deeply with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand business needs, fostering collaborative partnerships that enhance the overall recruitment experience. Your focus on delivering a seamless candidate journey and upholding the client's reputation as an employer of choice will be central to your success. Successful candidates will demonstrate agility in managing multiple recruitment tasks, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate pipelines while maintaining a proactive approach to building relationships and promoting the client's brand across various channels. Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development (50%): Employ strategic and systematic sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates. Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline, leveraging various platforms, networking events, and referral channels. Continuously expand sourcing resources and maintain an up-to-date leadership pipeline database to support immediate and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening and Interview Coordination (25%): Conduct comprehensive initial candidate assessments, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture. Schedule and facilitate interviews, prepare detailed candidate profiles with well-informed recommendations for hiring managers, and ensure an efficient, respectful, and transparent interview process.
- Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders (10%): Partner closely with client leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to gain in-depth understanding of business strategies, site-specific cultural nuances, compensation frameworks, and talent management initiatives. Provide insights to align recruitment activities with organizational goals, succession planning, and equity considerations.
- Recruitment Process Compliance and Documentation (10%): Maintain meticulous records for all recruitment activities, candidate communications, and dispositioning within the applicant tracking system or other relevant platforms. Ensure adherence to agreed timelines, standard operating procedures, data privacy standards, and reporting requirements.
- Brand Representation and Engagement (5%): Act as a brand ambassador for the assigned client program through direct candidate engagement, participation in job fairs, social media outreach, and other employer branding initiatives. Promote the client's values, culture, and opportunities to enhance their position as a destination employer of choice.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, or related fields is required, evidencing foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills relevant to talent acquisition.
- Experience: Preferably a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, showcasing familiarity with candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment lifecycle management.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and standard office software for effective process management.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities essential to engage varied stakeholders effectively.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and utilize new recruitment strategies and technologies in a remote and collaborative work environment.

Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800.
