Job Summary
As a Recruiter 2 within Yoh Services LLC's RPO Operations division, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategies to fulfill leadership and key contributor roles efficiently and effectively within the GE Power - G/PC/Steam department. Operating primarily in a remote capacity from Tennessee, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes encompassing candidate sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding to support the client's business objectives. You will forge strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR leadership to foster a seamless hiring experience while positioning the client as a premier employer in its industry. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for primarily entry to mid-level roles, ensuring timely placements aligned with client expectations.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, including resume review, interviews, and assessments, to ensure only the most qualified individuals move forward in the recruitment process.
- Facilitate and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, providing thorough candidate insights and recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
- Engage proactively with clients, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to deeply understand business requirements, team culture, compensation frameworks, and talent management objectives, tailoring recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Manage all required documentation and candidate status updates within ATS and other relevant systems, maintaining accuracy and compliance with organizational procedures and timelines.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting the client’s employer value proposition through direct candidate interactions, job fairs, and leveraging social media platforms to attract excellent talent.
- Continuously expand sourcing networks and leadership talent pools by leveraging innovative recruitment tools, industry events, and professional connections.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required, providing a foundational understanding of organizational dynamics and talent acquisition principles.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment cycle management.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment-related software, ensuring efficient workflow and candidate tracking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, handle competing priorities, and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and ethical recruitment standards to ensure compliance throughout hiring processes.
Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
