Job Summary

As a Recruiter II within Yoh Services LLC's RPO Operations division, you will play a critical role in executing recruitment strategies tailored to meet client needs efficiently and effectively. You will work remotely from Kentucky as part of the Enterprise Solutions Business Unit, closely collaborating with hiring managers, HR leadership, and business partners to ensure timely placement of leadership and key individual contributor roles.

This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the recruitment funnel, emphasizing an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. In this position, your ability to adapt sourcing techniques and recruitment processes to a variety of roles will be key, focusing primarily on roles with moderate complexity that benefit from systemic and consistent sourcing strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding robust candidate pipelines, ensuring an inclusive and comprehensive talent pool to drive organizational success. By leveraging your strong communication skills and business acumen, you will build credibility quickly, integrating seamlessly with client HR teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain active sourcing channels and pipelines, ensuring the timely filling of roles through strategic candidate identification and outreach.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening through to interview facilitation, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination, aligning processes with client needs and timelines.
  • Collaborate proactively with hiring managers, leadership, and HR Business Partners to deeply understand business strategies, cultural nuances, compensation frameworks, and talent management priorities to tailor recruiting efforts effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and timely dispositioning of candidates.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging with candidates and stakeholders via interviews, job fairs, social media platforms, and direct communication, reinforcing our client’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies by analyzing candidate market trends, competitor intelligence, and feedback, adapting recruitment practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by actively seeking and presenting a broad range of qualified candidates, supporting the creation of an equitable recruitment process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is required.
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources preferred, demonstrating familiarity with recruitment best practices and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Experience working within Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or client-facing recruitment environments is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote work setting while managing multiple requisitions concurrently.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and recruitment technology platforms is expected.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
