IT Recruiter

IT Recruiter needed for a remote full-time, staff opportunity with Yoh, reporting to the Charlotte, NC Branch Manager.

As an IT Recruiter, you’ll support the business as match-maker for niche IT positions such as senior-level Data Scientists and Engineers, Software Engineers, Project and Product Managers, Solution/Enterprise Architects, Creative roles, and more.

Get ready to collaborate alongside a motivated and passionate team of internal SMEs. Utilizing pro-active recruiting techniques, you’ll source and screen talent to fill immediate contract and full time openings, as well as pipeline for future opportunities. Experience in tools such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Social Media outlets, and GitHub will steer you towards the utmost success in this position. You will ultimately work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals, as well as contributing to the overall success of the business center.





What You Need to Bring to the Table:


  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-5 years of staffing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry.
  • Experience in and a thorough understanding of the recruiting process - able to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $54,960 - $82,440. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).

The Work You'll Be Doing:

  • Demonstrates competency in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc.), policies and guidelines, and client service objectives.
  • Communicate/collaborates with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools. Manage contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate candidate and contractor related problems.
  • Demonstrates a proficient understanding of the business and industry; can effectively build relationships with candidates to create and sustain a pipeline for future positions. Can utilize established network to anticipate and meet client requests. 
  • Effectively utilizes recruiting tools including networking through social media outlets, professional affiliations, job boards, database searches, etc. In addition, works to understand the client's needs and reacts appropriately in an environment of competing priorities.
