Position Description

We’re looking for a full-time, staff Proposal Manager to join our DZConneX team based remotelyThe Proposal Manager is responsible for the strategic management, development and final delivery of all DZConneX outgoing responses to RFP's, proactive proposals and statements of work.   Supporting the proposal generated business development process, the Staffing Proposal Manager provides technical direction and leadership in an effort to support enterprise sales teams.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: development of proposal content, document creation (writing), content management, documentation editing, creation of content library, proposal tool identification/testing/implementation and ongoing management, proactive pursuit of incremental proposal delivery opportunities, analysis of bid requirements, development of proposal outlines and schedules, task assignment, final document delivery; creation and management of process to increase volume of unsolicited proposal activity.  The Staffing Proposal Manager will also be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization of all proposal data and performance metrics in terms of win/loss ratios and associated revenue. The Staffing Proposal Manager may also provide support and back up assistance to the field/specialty practice groups proposal responses when needed.

As the Proposal Manager, here’s the work you’ll do:

  • Proposal Creation and Delivery:
    • Responsible for the development and delivery of requested RFP, Proposal and SOW documentation. 
    • Oversees Strategic Accounts proposal process and provides direction and support to the DZX teams. 
    • Includes, but is not limited to: analysis of bid requirements, development of proposal outlines and schedules, task assignment, development and/or revisions of proposal content and final delivery.
  • Content Library Management: 
    • Provide oversight assistance and monitor all business development activity to ensure all content accurately reflects DZX's strategy, vision and overall capabilities.
    • Continually refresh language and grow library to improve data availability.
  • Strategic Business Intelligence:
    • Perform detailed data analysis to create industry and regional perspective over talent supply and demand. 
    • Work with finance, sales team and client development to provide proposal guidance for pricing strategies and partner with Business Intelligence team for all  client requests for information.  
  • Proposal Tracking & Reporting:
    • Provide performance analysis and reporting to effectively communicate business development and proposal activity across the organization to senior leadership.
  • Field questions across the organization related to proposal content, responses and tracking

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • 5+ years’ relevant experience, preferably within the staffing industry
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
  • Highly proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective project management skills and ability to effectively manage time and multi-task in an organized fashion
  • Experience in supporting commercial bids strongly preferred

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $86,320 - $129,480. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
