Position Description
We are hiring a temporary, full time Analyst, Project Compliance & Operations to join our SOC team in Memphis, TN!
Our Analyst, Project Compliance & Operations, will deliver vital support in operations, logistics, and project analysis. This role guarantees seamless coordination of personnel, resources, compliance documents, and project needs to uphold contract operations. Serving as a primary liaison between the project site and corporate departments (HR, IT, Supply Chain, Safety, etc.), the Specialist ensures alignment and clear communication.
As the Analyst, Project Compliance & Operations, here's the work you will do:

Ensure compliance with contract deliverables by monitoring performance, identifying risks, and implementing process improvements.

Serve as a liaison between the project site and corporate functions to ensure effective communication and policy alignment.

Prepare reports and documentation to support contract and operational requirements.

Coordinate staffing and scheduling to maintain 24/7 operational coverage.

Oversee onboarding, training, and certification compliance for security personnel.

Maintain accurate personnel, compliance, and operational records.

Support procurement, inventory, and accountability of uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- Experience supporting scheduling and workforce planning for a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational data, identify compliance gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Technical proficiency with data management, reporting systems, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, or similar platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions (HR, IT, Supply Chain, Safety, etc.) to align site-level operations with corporate requirements.
- High-level organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and coordinate resources in a fast-paced environment.
And these qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, HR, or related field preferred; Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: 3–5 years in administrative, operational, or compliance support, preferably in a high-security, 24/7 environment.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced); experience with reporting systems or HR/Quality/Operations software preferred.
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
