Principle Recruiter

A Principal Recruiter is needed for a full time, remote staff opportunity with Yoh.  The Principal Recruiter will be responsible for developing qualified active and passive candidate pipelines through research, screening and networking to fill high-level requisitions in a timely manner.  The Principal Recruiter will be responsible for facilitating workforce planning and advising clients on the most strategic approach to fill open positions while mentoring lower level Recruiters.  

The work you will be doing:

  • Operate proficiently in filling various types of jobs in various industries
  • Provide support and take initiative through the interview process, including performing the necessary screening requirements and through the offer phase.
  • Realize and exceed placement and selling objectives.
  • Operate independently and anticipate changes in the market as well as client needs
  • Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients staffing requirements.  Demonstrates the ability to manage customers with relation to fulfillment needs. 
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies to satisfy client requirements.  Highly proficient in leveraging online recruiting resources including job boards, professional affiliations, niche sites, social networking, etc. 
  • Demonstrate a high aptitude toward influencing desired outcomes through negotiation and candidate control.  Maintain an ongoing pipeline of relevant passive and active relationships with exceptional talent to lessen time to fill and increase quality of job fills. 
  • Mentor and train lower level contributors on recruiting cycle to successfully fulfill requisitions.  

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Strong ability to utilize negotiation and sales tactics
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise of the staffing industry and recruitment process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated proficiency in the use of an ATS

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

  • Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
  • Eight plus years of experience
  • AIRS preferred

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $76,640 - $114,960. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
