Your Role as the Pipefitter:
- Measure, layout, assemble, install and maintain piping systems by means of threading, brazing, soldering or welding.
- Performs preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Operate cutting tools by using saws, pipe cutter, cutting torch and all other machinery designed for cutting operations.
- Thread pipe by fixed or portable threading machines.
- Operate tools.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Use mathematical concepts such as simple addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages to precut pipe by reading blue prints and any other mechanical functions as required.
- Problem solve as an individual or team environment.
- Strong written and communication skills with supervisors, customer and fellow craftsmen.
- Ability to work daily with integrity and uphold organizational values, follows instructions and responds to management direction.
- Follows policies and procedures, uses time efficiently to successfully accomplish planned work activities in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of three years related experience and/or training preferred.
- 3 year Pipefitter/Plumber Preferred, Apprenticeship background accepted.
- Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner, indicating it is federally compliant OR Current Passport.
- Forklift and MHE license will be required.
- A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with team members is essential for contributing to a cohesive work environment.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $36.54/HR.
