As the Senior Director of Internal Auditing, here’s the work you’ll do:

 

  • Plan, develop and implement effective auditing strategies and audit programs/procedures to execute the annual global internal audit plan
  • Develop the Company’s annual and long-term strategic plan for audit services addressing areas of risks and continuous improvement opportunities for the Company on a worldwide basis for the achievement of the Company's strategic business objectives
  • Submit written reports of internal audit reviews to the Company’s senior management including the Chairman /CEO and other Leadership Council members to communicate audit findings, assessments, conclusions and to recommend corrective action strategies to address audit findings.
  • Create presentations on audit findings as appropriate

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of financial and accounting practices and procedures.
  • Understanding of governmental regulations, compliance requirements and their impact on the company. Understanding of related auditing and IT functions
  • Proficient in application of Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, internal auditing theory, and procedures and techniques in a manner that would be appropriate to the Company.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate audit objectives, findings, analyses and recommended strategies for improvements or corrective actions to the senior management of the Company (e.g. Chairman and CEO, SVP/CFO, GC, and members of the Leadership Council).
  • Knowledge of appropriate government regulations  ( e.g. FAR, ITAR, FCPA ) that affect the Company's government businesses and understand their impact on internal audit plans.


And if you have these qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 10 plus years of internal audit/business experience
  • Previous experience with SAP preferred
  • Certified Internal Auditor ( CIA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) preferred
  • Great attitude and team player
  • Successful completion of background screening process

In compliance with  pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $134,880.00 - $202,320. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
