We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting efforts for our Government Services and Munitions divisions.  This role requires a seasoned professional who can balance day-to-day recruitment operations with strategic partnership and influence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing recruitment teams across multiple business units and locations, driving best practices, and delivering operational excellence.


About the Role


As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will:

 

  • Lead and Mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Partners across multiple locations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence. You will address hiring demands and be expected to bring innovative strategies and solutions across a blend of high-volume hourly hiring needs and highly-specialized and in-demand professional roles. 
  • Partner Strategically with senior leaders to shape workforce strategies, leveraging market insights and recruitment analytics to drive results.  You will be the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert in the assigned client groups engaging regularly to educate and influence stakeholders.
  • Deliver Results by overseeing recruitment operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring your team meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Recruit for Leadership Roles at the Director level and above, engaging top talent with a high-touch, strategic approach.
  • Drive Innovation in recruitment marketing and talent sourcing, building sustainable pipelines of top-tier talent with a focus on veteran and military hiring programs.
  • Ensure Compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and other regulations, maintaining equitable and inclusive hiring practices.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

 

  • At least 3-5 years proven experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring continuous improvement for a team of Talent Acquisition delivery professionals across multiple locations and/or business units.  Must have success setting strategy and ensuring delivery across a balance of both high-volume hourly recruitment projects and highly competitive, niche staff roles. 
  • A strategic mindset with success building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and market trends.  Experience developing and leading hiring initiatives in the Engineering and other specialized disciplines is highly desired.
  • Expertise in using data and metrics to guide decisions and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and talent sourcing best practices with a focus on proactive passive candidate engagement and including experience with veteran and military hiring programs.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in government contracting, including OFCCP and EEOC regulations.

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $104,080 - $156,120 per year. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
